Oh oh oh...this speaks to so many of the self-critical internal monologues I've had since we started ttc. But I think it's also such a pervasive societal attitude, and that where such thoughts stem from. Thank you for making light in such a clever way of what is, after all, a fairly ridiculous set of beliefs!
I have definitely had those thoughts, but then I remind myself that I've very satisfied with my life in most other ways and much of that wouldn't have been possible with a baby.
